The Melecon ‘open theater’ is where Mexican families gather in Rocky Point (Puerto Peñasco) for special events and evening strolls with each other. The culture is so family-oriented with families out in the evening together, walking, talking, and kids on skates and eating ice cream, listening to locals sing while enjoying a Rocky Point evening just being out.
